I have been teaching Pilates in Scotland since the late 1980s and been running a teacher training programme since 1998.  I was a founder member of the Pilates Foundation before leaving to establish the Independent Pilates Teachers Association with a group of like-minded Pilates Trainers in 2013.  I run regular classes from my own studio and a variety of workshops and training programmes. Please click here for more specific information.   To date, I have trained around 40 Pilates teachers, many of whom are considered amongst Scotland’s finest....., and have alumni based throughout the UK as well as Ireland, France and Finland. 

Teacher Trainings run regularly and are usually set according to demand, so if you don’t see dates below which suit you, please do ask. 

I am very happy to travel to train people, but please understand that that will incur travel and potentially accommodation costs for me, so that needs to be built in.  I usually need a minimum of 3-4 students to make each course viable.
